PARIS, FRANCE — SnapCall today presented its innovative feature that introduce new ways for online retailers and entrepreneurs to present, sell and get the most out of their products. SnapCall Direct Pay — powered by PayPal — allows SnapCall users to share a payment link directly during the call and thus close a sale in a smooth way.

SnapCall Direct Pay

SnapCall is introducing Direct Pay, an immersive way to offer a payment link during a SnapCall. This new feature allows anyone to send a PayPal link, whether it's an invoice or a money request. The link will be automatically recognized by SnapCall and displayed seamlessly in the call. The customer will thus be able to consult this link in complete safety and will be able to proceed to the payment during or after the call.

Selling via video call is nothing new. The global pandemic has brought out many solutions allowing retailers and entrepreneurs to continue their work, even remotely. SnapCall strives to offer new features that make the call experience as pleasant as possible and take advantage of a remote call and a face-to-face talking.

SnapCall Direct Pay is very easy to use. Go to Share menu > Share Link and copy/paste a PayPal payment link. SnapCall recognizes it as a payment link and the money request is displayed to the customer. By clicking on the Pay button, the user can pay during or after the call.

Online video has now been used by many companies around the world. Creating a link between the seller and the customer, even remotely, has become a necessity. Customers want to buy products that meet their expectations. Seeing the product in real condition, without artifice, makes the online shopping experience much more pleasant and real for the buyer.
